This was announced by the official representative of the interim government of Afghanistan Zabiullah Mujahid.
According to him, last night in Kunduz, special forces of the Taliban discovered and destroyed the center of the Kharijites (Islamic religious and political movement). During this operation, three Kharijites were killed and five were arrested. Cars, ammunition and weapons were confiscated from them. It was they, according to Mujahid, who not so long ago fired missiles at Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.
Earlier it was reported that on July 5, at about 4.20 p.m., a fall of five rockets flying from Afghanistan was noted in the border area of Uzbekistan.

When the shells fell, there were no explosions, as a result of which there were no human casualties and destruction. However, minor damage was caused to four private houses in the Majnuntol mahalla of Termez, the fifth projectile was found on the football field. All shells were neutralized by a sapper unit.

The shelling of the territory of Uzbekistan with rockets from the territory of Afghanistan was carried out from a home-made device disguised in the back of a truck with vegetables.

The criminals disguised themselves as merchants. A weapon hidden in a microvan was thrown from above with tomatoes and cucumbers, and a car seat and a bulky plastic canister were also thrown into the back of the vehicle. Apparently, after the launch of the shells, the attackers left the car and fled.
