Businessmen from Turkey discussed with members of the Afghan government the transit of goods from Vietnam to Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan together with Afghanistan, the Bakhtar Agency of Afghanistan reports.
Following a series of meetings with Turkish business circles, the Ministries of Trade and Industry of Afghanistan issued statements that they welcome the interest of Turkish partners to invest in the country’s transport infrastructure to turn Afghanistan into a link in the Asian region.
Afghan officials welcomed the transit through the country, the agency said.
