The Uzbek authorities decided to give impetus to the development of the artificial intelligence industry in the country by creating a profile council under the government.
The new structure, acting as an advisory body, will be supervised by the Ministry of Innovative Development.
The council will work to improve the national strategy for artificial intelligence. It will also be used by the authorities for feedback from the society.
The newly created council will have working groups consisting of researchers of the artificial intelligence system and technology companies that will conduct practical experiments on the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies into the country’s economy.
Earlier such kind of center was created in Russia. The National Center for the Development of Artificial Intelligence was formed in Russia, which will search for artificial intelligence solutions for business, government and science, the Russian media reported.
