Earlier it was found out which districts of Tashkent have the cheapest and most expensive apartment rentals. Real estate prices have risen strongly since the beginning of the year, the report said.

In Uzbekistan, housing and its rent began to rise in price from the fall of 2022. The main reason for the rise in prices was the influx of foreigners, including Russians, who began to be interested in renting apartments and houses.

In addition, urban planning standards in Uzbekistan are planned to be reviewed every three to four years. The reason was outdated building regulations.

The population of Uzbekistan is 39 million people. There are 3.5 million inhabitants in Tashkent, the capital of the country.,
